By accessing and using Chessnotta ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

You must create an account to use most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Scrape, data-mine, or harvest content from the Platform without permission.

The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Chessnotta and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the chess studies and notes they create, but grant Chessnotta a license to host and display this content as part of the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
